La villetta...
Located in Tavullia, the Villetta le Rose is situated on the hills on the border between the Marche and Emilia Romagna regions. The house is located outside the city center, is independent and is located on the top of a hill with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills. Ideal for a walk and to enjoy the breeze coming from the sea while admiring the beautiful sunset. A large garden allows guests to relax and sunbathe outside the chaos of the city. In the house guests have at their disposal a kitchen complete with all appliances, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher. Possibility to have lunch or dinner in a large terrace with sea view directly accessible from the kitchen.

Places of interest nearby are: Gradara and San Marino with its castles, Urbino and its beautiful historic center, Pesaro, Cattolica, Misano with its racetrack and many other characteristic villages both on the sea and on the surrounding hills.
A few kilometers away, for sea lovers, you can find the beautiful beaches of the Romagna and Pesaro riviera, reachable by car in a few minutes. A little further away, but reachable by a daily excursion to the beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera, such as Numana and Sirolo at the foot of Monte Conero.

The rooms on the first floor are two, one double and one with a single bed but extendable to a double. The bathroom is shared and has all the facilities and a shower. Both rooms have a garden view.
On the upper floor we have a second double bedroom with a panoramic terrace. The bathroom is in the room and has all the services and shower.

I am retired and I can finally enjoy my house in the countryside devoting more time than I could before. I like to take care of the garden and my olive trees and make sure that everything is always in order. I really like socializing with people and for this reason, after reflecting with my family, I decided to propose our house to those who want to spend some time relaxing in this beautiful area between sea and hills, thus having the opportunity to be able to meet new people from different places. It gives me great pleasure when guests are satisfied with their stay and I am always ready and in favor of accepting advice and criticism to improve the accommodation of my accommodation more and more.

I am a pharmacist by profession, I have different passions, the one for travel is definitely in first place and I can say that I have touched the 5 continents even if I don't feel satisfied yet. I like cooking and cooking, tasting the typical dishes of the world. Before leaving, my list is not of what will go in the suitcase but of what I will have to taste once I arrive at my destination. I also love cinema, sports, first of all tennis, which I also practice quite assiduously. I have a private pilot license and this outlines my second great passion, the flight ....
